Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods.
To process a return, the returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. The specific conditions are: unused, undamaged, with labels attached, and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, when making the purchase, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

After the return request is approved, we will send you the return label and detailed information about the return method. Please note that we will not accept goods that are sent out without submitting a return application.

Regarding damage and related issues
Please check the goods immediately after receiving them. If you find any defects, damages or delivery errors, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the problem and take corresponding measures.
Non-returnable goods
The following goods fall into the non-returnable category:
Fresh food (including food, flowers, plants, etc.)
Customized products (customized products, personalized products, etc.)
Personal care products (such as beauty products)
Dangerous goods, flammable liquids, gases

Sold products and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Regarding the exchange matters
To obtain the product you need, the easiest way is to first carry out the return and exchange operation, obtain the approval for return and exchange, and then purchase the new product separately.
EU 14-day cooling period
If the goods are delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods for any reason within 14 days. The return conditions are the same as mentioned above. The returned items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging and labels. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Regarding the refund matters
After receiving the returned goods and conducting an inspection, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the system will automatically refund the funds to your original payment method account within 10 working days. Please note that due to the processing time of banks and credit card companies being different, the funds may take some time to arrive.
